Mr M.C. (Nico) van Hemert – Managing Partner
He is a generalist with a broad experience in multiple industries and disciplines. His focus lies on the intersection of strategy- and organizational development focused on the impact of Internet. His motto: “The best strategy is the strategy that is implemented!”

Jurgen Appelo – Senior Consultant
He has a lot of knowledge and experience with flexible development methods, software process improvement and Microsoft .NET. He has a special interest for the selforganising ability of complex systems, which also include software projects. His vision: “quality is the product of knowledge, motivation and freedom!”

Jurjen Jongejan – Senior Online Marketing Consultant
After finishing his HBO study in Business Economics and his master Business Administration at the Erasmus University he has gained a lot of experience as senior online marketing consultant for different companies. His focus is on webshops, corporate websites, branding websites, and leading generating websites in both B2B and B2C environments. His specialities are web analysis, search engine marketing, conversion optimalisation, website optimalistation, and online marketing. His motto: “Measurement = knowledge = improvement!”

Cathy Boers – Junior Consultant
She is a student at the Rotterdam School of Management where she studies both Organization Change & Consultancy as well as Business Information Management. She is interested in all changing situations and to see IT from a business perspective. Besides working and studying, Cathy loves to travel and riding her horse. Her motto is: “Everything is able to change, as long as there is a drive to change!”
